Richa launched The Glove in May 2005 with an aim to create a world class HR recruitment consultancy focused on the IT sector.

An HR professional with more than 12 years of experience, Richa worked along with some of the leading IT companies before she ventured alone and launched The Glove.

Her experience of both sides of the table helps in comprehending expectations of a client from an HR consultant.

Richa has put this experience to good use as The Glove has emerged from the shadows of being a start-up and is today looked amongst the few HR consultants who have the understanding of serving the requirements of the IT sector.

A post graduate in HR, Richa has varied interests. She loves singing as is also a keen Bharatnatyam dancer.

Mr. Sant Bhushan Lal, former Chief Engineer, Department of Telecommunications, is currently one of the leading arbitrators in the country.

Mr. Lal is on the panel of ONGC as an arbitrator and an outside committee member for handling arbitration cases. A consultant for Delhi State Industrial Infrastructure Consultant Corporation & Apollo Hospital, Mr. Lal is also on the Board of Governors of Construction Industry Arbitration Council and International Council of Consultants.

A fellow of Indian council of arbitration, Mr Lal holds the membership of International Centre of Alternative Dispute Resolution Centre.

Mr. Lal is a visiting faculty at Indian Aviation Academy and Advanced Telecommunications Training Centre, Ghaziabad.
